Greetings!

     I embarked on the journey of K12 SAT because I've grown tired of witnessing my friends and family fall victim to harassment and theft at the hands of cyber thieves. It also deeply concerns me to read about how schools, often seen as "soft targets," struggle with limited resources to safeguard their digital assets. It comes as no surprise that the Consortium for School Networking (COSN) has identified cybersecurity as a top priority for EdTech leaders.

     With over 25 years of experience as an educator, I am acutely aware that most K-12 educators have never received formal cybersecurity awareness training. Recognizing this critical gap, I took it upon myself to delve into the field of cybersecurity and establish K12 SAT, a security awareness training company specifically tailored for educators and students in the K-12 system. What sets my company apart is the opportunity to work directly with me, the owner, to cater to your school's specific needs. I understand the constraints of limited resources that educators often face, and I also recognize the paramount importance of maintaining seamless educational processes while safeguarding the sensitive data of employees and students within your school system.

     The significance of this training extends beyond protecting school assets and mitigating the risks of cyber attacks; it encompasses the personal lives of individuals as well. Cybersecurity awareness has become an indispensable life skill in today's digital landscape. Unlike many other mandatory trainings in schools that teachers and school leaders seldom encounter, the threat of cyber attacks looms over us daily. Ultimately, my goal is to empower people to feel secure online and triumph over the malicious actors who seek to exploit, disrupt, and tarnish both personal and professional lives.
